The HIT Centers Sports Development Program is considered by most to be among the very best in the industry. Our (performance enhancement specialists) all have degrees in exercise science, competed in collegiate sports and have helped hundreds of athletes reach their goals.
Our Sports Development Programs have helped numerous high school athletes earn athletic scholarships to Division I college programs in their respective sports. But before you earn a scholarship you need to learn how to compete successfully at the elementary and junior high level, and we LOVE working young athletes. Our sports development program not only prepares the young athlete to make that big jump in to high school and collegiate sports but allows them the enjoy the process along the way. Since we opened our doors the HIT Center has strived to make available highly qualified trainers with high level performance experience to ensure our athletes receive superior instruction. In continuing that tradition we are proud to announce our newest team member, Jesse Adarme.
Born and raised in Kailua-Kona Hawaii, Jesse comes to the HIT Center with seven years experience in sports performance and fitness training. Jesse’s passion is football, and his athleticism earned him an athletic scholarship at the University of Nevada, Reno. The training methods he utilizes now with his athletes are the same he employed in his own regimen as a Division I college football player, resulting in performances equal to those found in the NFL.
As a former division I assistant strength and conditioning coach and performance enhancement specialists for sport/fitness academies Jesse has helped numerous athletes prepare for a variety of sports. Jesse holds the prestigious CSCS certification and will complete his Master of Science degree in nutrition and exercise the summer of 2011. He is excited to bring his knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning to train athletes of all ages and levels at the HIT Center. Jesse’s training philosophy is to sequence training in the proper order whereby achieving optimal performance at the right time, and minimizing the chance for injury. “Every athlete should be physically and mentally prepared for his or her sport.”
