This past weekend the HIT Center went to a bridal show to help brides fit into their dream dress. While we were there we spent a majority of time debunking myths.
A) Just because your scale weight is low does not mean that your fat to lean muscle ratio is good. It is just as easy to be in a risky health category when you are 110 pounds as when you are 250. If you don’t believe me let me put you in the BOD POD, our fabulous body composition test that never lies.
B) It’s never too late to see results. In fact, you’ll end up seeing the best results within your first six weeks so let’s get you started now, we can definitely get you into a smaller pant size before the holidays!
C) Starting an exercise program doesn’t have to be scary!! Here at the HIT Center we know the most important part about an exercise program is staying in the program. Because of this, our staff will take it at a pace you feel you can maintain and we will do the exercises that you enjoy doing. We never want you to dread coming in, our goal is to get you results but also help you enjoy what you are doing!
