These participants engaged in light to moderate exercise which is indeed much more time consuming and not nearly as effective. If you don’t want to be stuck working out for 7 hours a week that’s ok, just crank up the intensity of your workouts. Instead have a hard cardio and resistance training workout just 3 or 4 days a week and I guarantee you can actually lose weight. You just can’t be scared to sweat
